Nicholas has been involved in the real estate
business since the age of eight. He started with
his father in 1949, rehabilitating buildings in
the greater Boston and Brookline areas. After
college and law school, Nicholas practiced law
in the City of Boston for 25 years. He
rejoined his father in the real estate business
in 1984. After his father's death in 1991,
Nicholas expanded the company into the
development and construction fields and is
responsible for major expansion in the company.
This includes the development of The Cushing-Endicott House, a historic Back Bay
Project, the Great Bay Woods 120 units Condominium
Project
in New Hampshire, the Wesleyan Office Building
in Copley Square, the Wal-Mart Plaza in Walpole,
the Stor/Gard Self Storage facilities in Walpole, Northboro, and Malden, and
the Work/Shop Storage Workhouse Condominiums.
Nicholas is Chairman of the company's Board of
Directors. |
